Stephen Mulligan
Stephen Mulligan is an associate at Hale Carlson Baumgartner, PLC. With experience working for a non-profit corporation, a solo practitioner, and a major international law firm, Mr. Mulligan brings a diverse set of experiences to legal problems. Mr. Mulligan graduated in the top 2% of his law school class with a focus in Child and Family Law. He was Lead Articles Editor for the Law Journal, member of Moot Court, and a three-time published author on topics including juvenile justice, domestic violence, and wrongful adoption. Mr. Mulligan has special interest in the areas of child-advocacy and adoption law.
