It is critically important in these cases for both the parent and the attorney to receive advice from experts in the field of child abuse in order to determine the best course of action.
We work with an array of expert evaluators who work within a model that is neutral, instead of accusatory. We have found in the past that a neutral and well-founded evaluation of the allegations tends to gain more respect from the court than an evaluation that starts from the perspective that the parent is, in fact, guilty.
