Is the Country a Participant in the Hague Conference?
The Hague Conference is an organization designed to unify the laws of various countries. There are currently 71 members of this organization. In addition to the United States, members include all countries within the European Union, China, Brazil, Russia, India and more.
The first point at which the Hague Conference applies is that we will need to follow the organization's rules regarding serving papers to people in the other country. Whether serving divorce papers or other papers, we are skilled in making certain the papers get into the correct hands as soon as possible so the case can move forward.
